Who this is for

Built for distribution teams ready to move from AI pressure to a practical use case.

This sprint is for distribution leaders who want to move past AI pressure, learn what AI can actually do, and build a practical use case with people who understand both distribution and AI.

Sound Familiar?

Pressure from leadership to "do something with AI" with no plan

Drowning in manual work in emails, PDFs, and spreadsheets

Little to no technical expertise or internal resources

Another AI vendor demo that never turns into anything real

Too busy putting out fires to build an AI strategy

What it is

Bring one workflow. Leave with a working AI prototype.

You bring the workflow. We bring the framework and technical team. Together, we build a working AI agent for your use case.

WHAT YOU LEARN

Practical AI skills for distribution leaders.

How AI agents actually work

Choosing high-ROI AI use cases

Breaking workflows into agent-ready steps

Writing clear agent instructions

Human review and output judgment

how it works

Three sessions. Done with experts. One working AI agent.

This is a hands-on sprint that requires real participation. You'll be paired with a technical expert to map, build, and test your agent across 3 working sessions.

WHY WE DO THIS

You don't need more AI noise. You need a practical place to start.

We believe the future of distribution will be built through shared work. We built this program to give forward-thinking leaders a safe space to learn, experiment, and build alongside experts.

Frequently Asked Questions

What people ask before they join

How much does it cost?

$0. There is no fee to participate. The only commitment we ask for is 3-5 hours of your time across 3 weeks to be successful. There is no obligation or commitment after the sprint.

Can I join if I do not know much about AI?

Yes. You do not need AI experience to join. The sprint is designed for people who want a practical way to understand AI by building around one real workflow. You do not need to know how to code. You do not need to know how agents work. We will guide the process.

What tools do we use to build the agent?

For adoption, we usually start with tools your team already has access to. That may include ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI tools already approved inside your business. The goal is to help your team learn how to apply AI in a practical way, not force you into a new platform before you understand the use case.

What if I can't join the live sessions?

We strongly encourage you to join live. The value of the sprint comes from shared work: your team brings the operating context, and our team helps translate it into an AI workflow. Live sessions give you direct access to our team, faster feedback, and a better prototype. If you cannot attend one session, we can discuss the best way to keep the sprint moving, but the best outcomes come from active participation.

How do you handle sensitive data?

All agents are built using your existing tools and instances, such as your ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot environment. That means your data is not transferred into a Junction-owned tool or external system for the sprint. If needed, we can work with sample data, anonymized documents, screenshots, or representative examples. If the workflow later requires deeper system access or sensitive data, we will align on access, confidentiality, and security before anything moves forward.

Who owns the agent after the sprint?

You do. The agent and workflow outputs created for your business during the sprint are yours to keep. Junction may retain ownership of any underlying reusable methods, templates, or general build patterns we use, but your workflow-specific agent and outputs belong to you.

How much time does this require?

Plan for 3 to 5 hours across 3 weeks. That usually includes live working sessions, sharing workflow examples, testing the prototype, and giving feedback.

What is 'Shared Work' with Junction?

Shared Work is part of our approach to advancing technology in distribution by building with operators, not pitching at them. It means we build with you. Shared Work is how we use our AI, automation, and distribution expertise to help teams turn practical operational problems into useful tools, better processes, and clearer paths forward.
